The run.
Nothing needs you. The fabric is dark.

An AI lab by ThinkAhead Corporation
Not an omnipresence in your day. The digital fabric that serves you when you need it most — and steps aside when you don't.
The threads behind this page brighten when you move. Stop, and they fade. That is the whole idea.
Looking for Diluta, the productivity app?
Same app, same team, new address. A to-do list that survives a real week now lives at its own home, on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android and the web. This site is the lab where it came from.
Today
It reads, summarizes, suggests, drafts, nudges. It is busy making itself useful. You are the one being interrupted. For twenty years the industry sold attention to advertisers. Now the software wants it for itself.
Call that AI 1.0: intelligence as a houseguest. Always on, always in the room, and forever hoping you will notice it.
One morning, unrequested
Twenty-nine minutes. Nothing you asked for.
The thesis
We view AI not as an omnipresence in your daily life, but as the digital fabric that serves you when you need it most.

How we build
Timing, energy, context, and what you've already decided. The fabric reads the moment before it offers anything.
Silence is a feature. When nothing needs you, the software should have nothing to say.
Not the other way around. No setup ritual, no configuration tax, no shaping your life to fit a screen.
Capable the moment you turn to it. Invisible the moment you turn back to your life.
A day in motion
Three moments from one ordinary day. Watch what the fabric does — and doesn't.
Nothing needs you. The fabric is dark.
Idle
Pickup moved to noon. Your afternoon is re-planned around it. One tap, and it's gone again.
Serving
Phone in your pocket. Nobody's summarizing this.
Idle
The point of all this
Ambient intelligence is not less intelligence. It's intelligence when it matters.
First proof
A to-do list that survives a real week. It holds your whole week, tells you the handful of things that genuinely need you, and keeps up when the day gets rewritten — instead of shaming you for falling behind. It is the first product built on these rules, and it now lives at its own address.
The lab
For twenty years I built systems that were not allowed to fail — hospitality, fintech, cloud infrastructure, enterprise operations. Automation is extraordinary at problems that hold still. A person's Tuesday does not. I founded ThinkAhead in 2020 on one sentence: software should adapt to people, not the other way around. diluta.ai is where we work that sentence out, in public, one product at a time.
